One has to have the baker, not the store selling it , read the label to you of what ingredients are in the yeast package used to leaven their bread. Great Harvest, Kneaders, and Honey and Grain brands are made from grinding their own grains and they use plain yeast with no additive other thab ascorbic acid which is vitamin C (or one can use a squeeze of orange or lemon juice at home.) The owner of Kneadin' Bread Bakery said he will change to not use SAF yeast- with sorbitan monostearate.
The Provo Reference Librarian . when asked . found that the magnesium stearate and stearic acid in capsules with powder in them are changed by the eye to be detrimental . I hadn't been using any capsules until i responded to some ads, and later noticed possibly related changes in vision such that I'd occasionally use a magnifying glass to clarify whether I was seeng,e.g.,0, 6 or 8.
Manufacturors put rhose "soapy materials" (Son, Dr. William Lewis, inventor,researcher.producer,and college instructor in biochemistry , calls those compounds. I regard him as a genius in making complicated

Get B vitamins. Some of the good sources of B vitamins are: Raw wheat germ, organ meats and resting seeds like grains and nuts. If you cannot do this, a good quick source with many amino acids essential to the body is Brewer's yeast by Twin Labs purchased at Good Earth for about $15. You will love the taste, especially on pop corn.
