Get B vitamins. Some of the good sources of B vitamins are: Raw wheat germ, organ meats and resting seeds like grains and nuts. If you cannot do this, a good quick source with many amino acids essential to the body is Brewer's yeast by Twin Labs purchased at Good Earth for about $15. You will love the taste, especially on pop corn.

  1. I take a lot of B vitamins, but I think vitamin d helps me to. Is it better to get my vitamin d from d pills or from the fish oil capsules that I can buy here.
