Niutrition answers to David and John

Call 801 812 0182 when you have plenty of time to learn more. Preferably get your beloved on a second phone. It's like religion and politics. One spouse can'tell the other because of so much hype in the market place ! Ron helped and wrote the last comment because what I had written didn.t get sent it seemed. To  begin, B vitamins are important for energy and are found best in "resting seeds and organ meats"-so graims and nuts, liver, heart, etc. However, one needs everything for the body so i.t can do what it is preprogramed to do .Foods and supplements don't cure anything, but are the necessary tools, with the missing one being the most important one. Then comes the energy and good eyesight asked about- but taking into consideration negatives to avoid that had or could have had their effects. Watch for papers I've written and have been saked to type here- about what i try to eat daily, being 93 and feeling 27. Also, get a copy of the 1950 book, now in reprint and excellent , "The Word of Wisdoom,aModern Interpretation" by John A, abd Leah D. Wedtsoe. Also, get  a copy of  the 1986 Ensign (magazine)-twelve points- "Do Not Despair' by President Ezra Taft Benson (Former Secretaryu of Agriculture for U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower and  especially his point 5 on health and natural, not overly processed food " without additives" ! Eyes are damaged by sorbitan monostearate in market or home baked breads having yeast  with that additive and   the bread  labei only says  "yeast"! One has to have the baker, not the store selling it , read the label to you of what ingredients are in the yeast package used to leaven their bread. Great Harvest, Kneaders, and  Honey and Grain brands are made from grinding their own grains and they use plain  yeast with no additive other thab ascorbic acid which is vitamin C (or one can use a squeeze of orange or lemon juice at home.) The owner of Kneadin' Bread Bakery said he will change to not use SAF yeast- with sorbitan monostearate.
The Provo Reference Librarian . when asked . found that the magnesium stearate and stearic acid in capsules with powder in them are changed by the eye to be detrimental . I hadn't been using any capsules until i responded to some ads, and later noticed possibly related changes in vision such that I'd occasionally use a magnifying glass to clarify whether I was seeng,e.g.,0, 6 or 8.
Manufacturors put rhose "soapy materials" (Son, Dr. William Lewis, inventor, researcher.producer, and  college instructor in biochemistry , calls those compounds. I regard him as a genius in making complicated
concepts simple and understandable as he teaches..)

  1. That's a lot of good information. I will be reading this blog more often. What about eating straight wheat? or mixing whole wheat kernels into my chili beans or things like that? Would that be better? Or do I need to eat bread?
